How to Watch Netflix on Apple TV

Apple TV is compatible with Netflix. If you are a movie and TV aficionado, set up Netflix on your Apple TV and get access to the treasure trove of entertainment that is Netflix.

Step 1: Your Netflix Account
If you have a Netflix membership, sign into the service via your user name and password. If you don’t have a Netflix account, visit www.netflix.com/gb and the website will guide you to set up an account.

Step 2: Troubleshooting
Some Apple TV users have faced issues when connecting to the service. In case of any issues, you should contact the Apple support team. Make sure your Apple TV can run Netflix before you move on to the next step.

Step 3: Connecting Apple TV to Your TV
Set up your Apple TV by connecting it to your TV using an HDMI cable. If not provided in the package, purchase one from your nearest store. Once connected, turn Apple TV on. The device should show the setup screen if connected right.

Step 4: Connecting Apple TV to Your Wi-Fi
Connect your Apple TV to your internet by following the instructions given in the manual. After connecting to the internet, log in to Apple TV using your Apple ID and password.

Step 5: Finding Netflix
From the home screen of your Apple TV, launch Netflix. Enter your login details. Once signed in, you can start using Netflix. Browse the content available through the service and select what you want to watch. Tap on the preferred title and it will start playing.
Depending on your connection speed, Netflix will adjust the resolution of the content currently playing. You can adjust the settings to your preferences as well.
